Cyprus Association of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC) & Demstar Business Solutions together on the Journey of Digital Transformation

Demstar Business Solutions Ltd, a leading company in Cyprus in the field of technology and digital process solutions, is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Cyprus Association of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC). The goal of this partnership is to digitize ICPAC’s processes as part of its strategic plan, with the ultimate aim of enhancing both the member experience and improving the organization’s flexibility and efficiency.

As part of the process digitization project, Demstar is responsible for the digitization and management of workflow processes, including the automation of submission and approval processes for membership registration and the issuance of professional practice certificates for members and firms. Additionally, Demstar is implementing intelligent data collection to facilitate easier access and faster processing, as well as designing digital workflows tailored to the organization’s needs.

ICPAC members will benefit from modern digital solutions, enhanced services, easier and continuous access to information, and faster management of their requests. This will improve their interactions with the Association, while minimizing bureaucracy and saving valuable time. Furthermore, a key focus of this project is the protection of ICPAC's data and its members' data, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
